Do you provide samples?
Samples of all our products are available in store.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, we are looking to add more options like paypal soon.
How long will my order take?
Embroidered and printed garments usually take between 7 and 10 working days depending on the order and stock
What does your free logo service include?
Our free logo offers includes an embroidered logo up to 10,000 stitches in up to 9 Colours. Larger stitch counts, extra print colours and additional positions may incur extra chargers that you will be notified about.
Which formats do you accept for artwork?
For embroidery we can accept most formats including pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff or you can direct us to your website or send a letterhead. Please make sure your artwork is clear and of good quality or there may be delays and even cancellations.
